everything that plays youtube, msn videos they're all low pitched like demonic sounded voices eeeeeeee have the latest drivers

Speakers do not have drivers. However, you sound card does. Make sure your Audio settings are correct. What did you last do before this occurred?

If you have a sound properties icon in your task bar that ISNT the normal windows one, eg Realtek Audio etc, then i think its a setting in that. They were messing with it at my school. Reset all properties in that.
