Default Toshiba Satellite questions

Can you overclock a Toshiba Satellite KTKAE BIOS V 1.20 running an AMD Turion X2 Ultra ZM-80 2.1GHz? either RAM or processor? I heard in another thread that the BIOS may be locked, but there may be chances on individual BIOS's to unlock them? can I also get some recommendations for benchmarking software? *I know, this is a mid to low range laptop* I'm just curious. I plan on pitting this against another Toshiba, but the second one is running with Crucial Memory, an Intel Dual Core, and *the real difference* an SLC SSD by OCZ *the Vertex EX* to more or less compare solid state to a 7200 RPM WD Black

EVGA X58 Classified, EVGA GTX 275 CO-OP Edition, Intel Core i7 230@2.68GHz, 1080W Enermax Evolution, 6GB G-Skill DDR3@8-8-8-19

For laptops.. not very likely... nthey run hot enough without the OC.

The coolers are just not meant to take the increased heat.

No, you may get away with OC a little bit, but not much if any.

Laptops aren't designed for OC.
