Howzit everyone, i am looking at upgrading my graphics card on my Toshiba satellite A305 laptop but everywhere i look i cant seem to find graphics cards for laptops. can anyone give me some kind of info on graphic cards for laptops? are they form factor? which ones are good for my laptop if you guys know of any? any info on these little things will help. thanks!

it appears that it's integrated graphics. There will be no way to upgrade onboard video. (Assuming that your talking about the Sat A305-6858, with the x3100) as it doesn't have a dedicated GPU.

Most laptop video can't be upgraded and the Toshiba A305 is no exception. It's built-in, there's nothing that can be done about it.

Even laptops that have a dedicated card that is seperate from the system usualy don't have upgrades or options as the manufacture will change the design every so often... Only real benefit is if the GPU dies you can easily replace it and not have to worry about replacing the motherboard along with the gpu.
