Toshiba A135 Overheating Wireless Lan?

I have a toshiba A135 overheating and shutsdown after abot 30 mins. The laptop is virus/malware free I haveput a temp monitor software on the dual core processor and generally runs in the low 60c. I removed the compartment covers on the bottom and all the heat seems to be coming from the WLAN internal card. I did not know if this is common perhaps it could be something under the card. I just know the WLAN is getting very hot. Thanks for any ideas.

How old is the laptop? Have you ever used something like compressed air to make sure there's no dust inside?
