I am working on a 1.67 ghz g4 powerbook (aluminum). I'm looking to buy something in the 600 dollar range. Basically I will be playing games like world of warcraft, starcraft 2 and diablo 3 (when they come out of course).
Can anyone hook me up with a link to a laptop that will run these games well? My powerbook is several years old. The graphics card is an 128 mb ati radeon 9700. In wow, it's unplayable in major cities and big raids. Basically i get the slide show version of wow.
I was also thinking about building my own desktop although what I want would be around 700 dollars with no monitor, or other peripherals. Any input would rock!
