Default System Event Notification

I'm in dire state...theres an error on my Windows 7 Professional laptop, the System Event Notification Error. I''m trying all these solutions, but they fail, besides I can't even log into my account, the message appears and my laptop crashes!

Default Re: System Event Notification

Try doing the SFC Scan .. Run cmd as admin then type there SFC /SCANNOW .. or do a System Restore (Restoring System files to a previous date where it is working fine )
