Default some new laptop problems

my sister just got a new laptop but now there is a bunch of crap installed that are pop out menus for various programs that we still want but don't want the pop out menus on the desktop. Also msn and internet explorer randomly crash every few minutes. The laptop is a toshiba thats all I know about the specs right now.

Default Re: some new laptop problems

The settings to turn the pop up menus off is in the toshiba configuration program, not sure where to find it. Program files maybe.

Also try right clicking on the popup menu and see if theres a settings tab.
