hey guys i have this on loan laptop from my school and it is kinda crappy as its a dell latitute d510 (well of course the school won't lend us a state-of-the-art laptop). anyways i want to know after it hits 90% the battery icon on the laptop (not the screen) flashes once in about 8 seconds. why does it slows down after it reaches 90%?
