Default scroll

ok i have a dell latitude cpx. it has a touchpad mouse and the thing on the keyboard (in betwween the "g","h",and "b" keys) i wwould like to use the keybord thing to scroll. is there a way to do this?

Maybe Logitech's Setpoint Point software will let you substitute the function of that button.

My ThinkPad has a trackpoint mouse like that and then 3 mouse buttons. The third button (the middle one) works as either middle click or if you hold it down, it turns the trackpoint stick into a scroll stick. My laptop doesn't have a touchpad (which is awesome, I hate touchpads) so it only has the trackpoint for input. I'm sure there's a way you could do that on your laptop though. In Linux it's a custom setting that's easy to do on all devices, but Windows might require a special driver.

Heh, the nubbin. Doesnt the touch pad have the scroll on the side of it?
