Range for my laptop?

Hello, I'm trying to find out the range for my VAIO laptop and I tried those laptop sellers online and their quotes are just so off the price I would think it was.

Here are the specs-
4 g ram Memory
Intel core 2 duo running 2 gz
Intel 4 series chipset
t5800 (I don't know what that is lol)
Blu-ray
wifi built in
vista home premium

If anyone can kinda give a price range that I hope is 500+ plz lol

and I bought it for 1200 just last year ago, it might've dropped since Sony's getting in their new lappies with i7's...

You have to think a laptop is like any other good when first purchased. New - out of the box goods fetch the highest price - but the second you take it home it is worth half of the original price just because you took it home and it is no longer new.

Also thing with that 1200 dollars you got a 2 year warranty (or something similar).

I would probably pay 400 to 500 if it was in prestine condition.

eBay is a great place to find out how much something you have is worth.

Make sure you look at closed items as well as any current ones and take a look and see if it actually sold or not, if not then their asking price may have been too high.
