Default RAM Upgrade on HP ze4145

It currently has 512MB and I would like to get at least 1GB.

CPU-Z says it has two slots with DDR PC2300 256MB.

What should I order?

RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, flash cards, SSD at Crucial.com

Best site for RAM related questions. Will scan your system and tell you what you have, how much you can have and even advise on what you can go with. I would suggest a scan from them.
