Default query about bluetooth mouse and graphics card xps m1330

Hey, i recently bought a Dell XPS m1330. I have an old Microsoft optical wireless mouse 2.0, the xps has built in bluetooth, but i cant seem to find a way to connect the wireless mouse with the laptop so i do not need the dongle

and second, is the graphics chip in the xps solderd in, or it upgradable? i purchased the xps with integrated graphics as i was on a budget, but am now wondering if i can upgrade on the next pay day

NO! The wireless mouse it paired with the dongle. It runs on RF. It will not match on bluetooth.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
