PC isnt reading DVD right?

So i don't know whats up with it. I put a DVD in and it works fine for a few, then it begins to tile, some of the worst I have ever seen! it does this to all DVDs. If i try the DVD in another laptop/DVD player it works fine. But not in mine. Anyone know what could be wrong with it?

What do you mean it begins to tile? Like the video multiplies and tiles?

What video player program are you using?

What are your computer's specs?

Have you tried updating your video drivers and codecs?

Tile might be pixelating?
