Which one? (3650 Vs 8600GT)

I have checked a benchmark from vr-zone, and it seems that 8600GT performs better than HD3650

Those are the desktop version though

Well that wouldn't really apply, desktop and mobile versions are totally different. It's like apples and oranges. Accurate mobile gpu benchmarks are tough to get especially when comparing different cards because they're obviously not swappable. This site is one of the best sources and it ranks the 3650 mobile a couple notches above the 8600gt mobile. Check it out.
