Hi, I was wondering if you can buy custom laptop case's. (Not protective case, the actually case of all tech bits) This would be to fit a new cpu and a much better graphics card.

You need to buy a separate laptop. Only some laptops can you switch the GFX card and CPU. On the ones you could upgrade are not a big upgrade. You have to be within wattage/voltage that it can handle.
For cases, they are custom fit to the manufacturer. Its not as easy as switching cases like a desktop. All the I/O devices are different on each computer.
