Default New laptop

I am looking for some help on getting a new laptop, i will be using for doing a lot of video editing, and i am starting college for a computer science major so i will need something that can handle the programs they run for the course.

I will be using:
Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5: Video editing software | Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5

For editing.

I was looking at this one: Newegg.com - MSI GT683R-242US Notebook Intel Core i7 2630QM(2.00GHz) 15.6" 12GB Memory 1TB HDD 7200rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M

But it is a little over my price range.

I'm quite sure you don't need 16GB RAM for video editing. Video editing depends on more of the graphic card and CPU.

Look at this one: Newegg.com - ASUS G Series G73SW-XN2 Notebook Intel Core i7 2630QM(2.00GHz) 17.3" 8GB Memory DDR3 1333 500GB HDD 7200rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M

Any laptop of the last 5 years (maybe earlier?) can run dual monitors. It has VGA and HDMI out. You can use both at the same time.
