I'm an AMD fanboy and I agree!
AMD laptops just aren't up to par with intel at this time. Intel laptops run quieter and cooler in my experience. I actually ended up with a dell vostro with an intel 1.6 dual core and it really destroyed my previous AMD laptop in the heat department. I also like having nvidia cards in laptops for the same reasons, along with the fact that I'd rather just have maximum compatibility in my laptop without having to fuss with drivers. On my desktop I like fussing with drivers ;P but I feel too cramped to be messing with stuff like that on laptops.
