Windows XP or better

2 GHZ Processor or better (Has to be 2 GHZ Or More)

64 Bit (Preferably Dual Core) Processor (32 Bit is out of date and tremendously slower)

1GB RAM Or Better

256MB Video Card or better(Preferably Integrated/Shared Memory)

Built in Wireless LAN Card

DVD/CD/Player/Writer

15 inch screen or better

100GB Hard Drive Or Better

I have had great luck with the Dell Vostro series.

You need to go to Dell's website, then go the the small business section of their laptops.

I hate to say it, but good luck finding one with 64 bit OS. That alone is rare on a machine... there is a Acer on Newegg for 500.00 and it pretty much matches what you wanted, but the OS... might want to look at that... Maybe you can find the 64-bit somewhere else on the cheap and replace it.

is there a reason why you want 64 bit so hardily? I personally didn't notice much difference running 64 Bit Vista with 32 Bit XP... Its definately loads better if your doing some number crunching or really intensive applications... graphic/audio editing, rendering etc.

edit:

@ Nukem

I think there are enough laptops with a 64 Bit OS installed (especially since Vista 64 Bit has improved significantly in compatibility and driver support) especially the higher end gaming laptops and/or business laptops.
