My Laptop is messing up and i need help...

Ok so today i go to start up my laptop and when it is done loading windows, about 5 seconds later, the screen either goes black or goes to a fuzzy screen. Idk what is causing this but im not able to run my laptop in any mode besides safe mode.

What version of Windows is it? Can you test and make sure it is not Windows causing the error? Then it could be a virus

If not, sounds like a graphic card issue. Can you list your card and your hardware specifications?
