Default MSI GX660R-060US 15.6" Notebook Computer

MSI GX660R-060US 15.6" Notebook Computer GX660R-060US - B&H

I posted a while back asking about laptops, and I think I may have found something good.

Yes or no? Best bang for my buck?

Sorry, forgot to mention I'm looking to do all the basics and play games.

That will pretty much haul *** on most things you do.... Best bang for buck is really up to you. At 1600, its pricey.

That's a lot of laptop.

Even something like this at almost half the price will suffice, but like said above its up to you.

Yeah, $1600 is a **** of a lot of money. The one you posted Abstract, that seems pretty good. I was told that without a quad core, I won't be able to run most games very well. That's why I was looking at that mSI model there.

Also, in comparison to that one you just posted, how is this one?
Amazon.com: ASUS Republic of Gamers G51JX-X3 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop (Blue): Computer & Accessories

Thanks for the help.

PS: I am not looking to max out Crysis or anything, but I'd still like to be able to play games on high settings sometimes.

Your find is not bad at all. Games are just starting to use 4 cores, so having a dual isn't that much of a hinderence.

I think the g51 above is a great setup, and a good price.
