Default Looking to find a quality gaming laptob.

Ive been looking around now for the last few weeks, trying to find a solid gaming laptob, but i keep running into allot of user reviews deterring me from making the purchase. My budget is about 2500 USD Id like to get into the world of 3D gaming as it seems pretty cool. THe biggest names ive been able to find that i know of and have had Exp with are Asus and alienware. But both ive found have had some pretty negative reveiws. My question to this forum group is, What would you guys choose? there are a few First person shooters i want to play in 3d, i want to try SC2 3d, and ive been reading that alot of people in Rift are playing in 3D. Just curious for some input. Has anyone owned a good 3d gaming rig?

I'm not aware of the 3D bit, but have you looked on IBuyPower? They are known for gaming systems, and are customizable.

What makes it 3d? The screen itself, or some peripheral glasses that you use or both?

That site is so biased. No one laptop is the best. It all depends on what YOU want. It is best to look at several reviews to see if the pros and cons are the same.

I use this one a lot. Laptop Reviews - Notebook Reviews and Netbook Computer News & Reviews

I've been looking into maingear.com a lot lately and they seem to be trustworthy ..within your price range and great laptops so maybe you want to take a look at them
