I suggest you install Windows FIRST, then install Linux SECOND. This way GRUB will not be overwritten by Windows. Windows's boot loader only allows you to boot Windows OS'es. GRUB (the main Linux bootloader) allows you to boot both Linux OS'es and Windows OS'es (and others too probably). Of course, I would recommend Ubuntu because it pairs really well with Windows, but if you need Suse then just hope it has the same kind of bootloader system.
