I have as above a Lenovo R400 and currently it has a really slow CPU. I wanted to buy an upgrade for it and have ideas of which to get but im not sure which of these would work best or if they would overheat my laptop. I found a support list and it does look like they are all on the list for being compatible, i just want to be extra careful before buying anything. my luck is i would buy the wrong one and mess up my laptop. so could you please tell me which of these would work best on my laptop?
1. Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T9400, 2.53 GHz, FSB 1066 MHz, L2 6 MB
2. Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T9900, 3.06 GHz, FSB 1066 MHz, L2 6 MB
3. Intel Core 2 Extreme Mobile QX9300, 2.53 GHz, FSB 1066 MHz, L2 12 MB
4. Intel Core 2 Extreme Mobile X9100, 3.06 GHz, FSB 1066 MHz, L2 6 MB
