Default left touchpad button fixing?

my hp dv6000 laptop left button suddenly stop working.

I did all the software troubleshooting and didn't help.

is there a way to figure out what broke?

anyone successfully fix theirs?

I know its a multilayered plastic circuit.

what is most common problem when the button stops working(hardware)
