Laptop won't connect to internet!

Hi i have a toshiba laptop, and it recently started not connecting to the internet. it says connected but it says access local only. i try to open internet but it won't any open any web page (cannot connect to internet). it tried repairing the problem but it doesn't work. i tried to obtain ip adress automatically but it doesn't work! help! (also i will supply more information if needed)

Sounds like youre not getting onto the router.

Did you put the right security and pass in?

Try turning all security off on the router/modem and and try again.

yeah i did that. the passcode is correct but i still can't connect!
