Default Laptop upgrade?

Where can I obtain information about upgrading my laptop's video card?

When playing games, it runs them very slow...I believe the Processor and RAM are ok, but I don't think the video card is sufficient.

Here are my system specs - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You usually can't upgrade the video card. Also, how can we know what laptop you have if you don't tell us.

Intel integrated--nope, you can't upgrade. Aside from driver updates from Intel you're sol as far as better performance. Only a few laptops allow for graphics upgrades and yours wouldn't be one of them.

What games are you trying to run? Upgrading your ram to 2gb would give you a good boost considering the x3100 is drawing some of it's memory from system ram, plus Vista is quite a memory hog. What is your laptop make/model? What games are you trying to get better performance from?

lol, your not going to be able to play TF2 with any kind of good fps with the x3100, i could see maybe 20-25 on all low settings.
