Guess I should have picked that up in your HJT log when it said "unknown Windows" lol.

Alright, looks like ComboFix isn't compatible with Win8 from what I've read... lame.

Don't think I mentioned it but this is a rent-to-own laptop so I'm thinking it's something the company put on. Read something about lawsuits in the states regarding this sort of thing.

Only if it found actual malware. According to that, it didn't find anything relevant.

Screenshot Tutorial

Process 1 or 2.

Process 2 is easier since you're on Windows 8 (uses the Snipping Tool).

Then either add the images or attachments, or upload to an image-hosting site such as Imgur.

since i've deleted it should i factory reset again so it comes back? would it make it easier to find?
