Laptop speed question

I need to replace a dieing laptop and heard about the 298$ sale at walmart tomorrow. I know its a low end laptop I just want to make sure its spec are faster than the low end one I got now because this one is fine for what I need it to do. Just dont want it to be any slower.

The new CPU is a 2.10 GHz AMD Sempron SI-42 Processor and the one I got now is a celeron M530 1.73Ghz. So is that Sempron at least as good.

The new graphics is NVIDIA GeForce 8200M. My current one is mobile intel 945GM. No clue how these stack up also.

The rest I can figure out. Thanks for any help you can give.

yes it will be an improvement. and the 8200 is leap and bounds better than the 945gm. so as long as you are not doing any gaming you will be fine.
