Question Laptop Repair - DC power?

Hello Everyone,

I need help fixing the plastic/metal part that holds the DC plugin into my laptop. When I go to plug in the power cord, it gets jammed back into the body of the laptop. Apparently I've been too rough on it... :-(

The part that is broken is fused to the laptop casing/body it seems so it doesnt appear to be a part that i can get a part number for and just replace it and be done.....

Any ideas?! HELP!
Im willing to listen to any suggestions.

the pictures attached have the broken part circled in yellow thin lines.

UGH, this sucks!
