I have Dell Inspiron 1521 with Windows 7. I lost my original charger so I bought a universal one from BEst Buy for $150. it is 90w but later I got to know that my laptop requires 65W power adapter. now, i bought a replacement (not the genuine Dell) one online. I worked for only 2 days but stopped working now, it charged the laptop and everything wsa fine. but the universal one still works but it is not charging the battery i.e. if you take the charger out the laptop turns off. Where is the problem and how do I fix it. please advice..
