LAPTOP KEEPS RESTARTING RANDOMLY! help pls?

This is for my friend.
He will be playing a game on his laptop (its a Vaio but ill write down specs later) when suddenly his screen will turn blue and his computer starts rebooting!!!
weve tried deleting unused files on his Hard Drives but it still keeps restarting.
can anyone help?

ur also from hk? lol anyways just tell us which kind of stop error it is like usually it will say like 0x000007b or something like that. tell us the 1 in without brackets. that will tell us what kind of stop error it is.

have you checked for viruses? Also do you know the temps of the laptop

Run a CPU temp checking tool, maby an overheat

Also check out the code and post some dumps

Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> System -> Event (numbers here)

He went on and under the event tab it said 1003. Is this what u mean, does it help in any way.

download core temp and speed fan

Yh sorry, speed fan is a good all rounder, check if its overheating, being a laptop this is usually quite possiable. Also check if the fans working as efficiantly as it should be and that all air inlets/outlets are blockage free :>
