someone recommended me to this forum for a little advice. I recently bought a laptop hard drive for my laptop from ebay. When i received the hard drive i plugged it in and i instantly got an read error message. I emailed the seller and he said when he sent the drive it was fine and therefore he would not replace the drive. So now i have launched a paypal action against him but paypal are asking for proof to be faxed to them to prove the hard drive is faulty. What kind of information can i provide to prove the hard drive reached me faulty? Thanks
