Laptop Cooler

Hey guys,

Ive noticed that my laptop is getting unusually very hot these days. Ive sprayed the fans with compressed air and still no improvement. I am looking to get a cooler for my laptop also because of the hot weather coming up. Ive also googled up for them and noticed a huge variety of coolers and not sure which one to get. Ive got a compaq Presario M2000.

1. There are coolers that work by blowing hot air through the bottom and others

2. That blow air through the sides

Among these two which works better?

Also there are cooler with 2 and 3 fans. Should i get one with 2 or 3 fans?

Could you please recommend me a good brand or a specific type that would work??

I got a Rosewill aluminum cooler with 2 fans for my 17" laptop. It cools pretty well, but I wanted more so I took some old 80mm case fans and taped them together, hooked it up to a 9v transformer, and put it behind my cooling pad to keep it really cool. It seems to work pretty well.
