Which Laptop is the best?

Ive been looking for a low cost laptop and im horrible at building, ive been on the harvey norman website and ive picked a few laptops that look like they would be the right choice, i usually use my computer for internet and photo editing, please help

I would trust Toshiba over Acer, IMO. I do not know what your budget is. What you need to do shouldn't go over $1,000.

I'd trust ASUS as well.
