Keys not working

Hello....I have a Dell Lat 620 ....A few weeks ago the up arrow & the quotations key stopped working. Everything else works. Any ideas?

See if you can pop them off and clean them.

Agreed, either stuck keys or the rubber piece is broken and not hitting the sensor on the keyboard.
