Default Installing SATA drivers on laptop

I am using a Fujitsu lifebook A6010 and I am running vista. I would rather have XP but when i boot from CD it doesnt reconize any hardrives.

1. Can someone link me to some SATA drivers for the Fujitsu lifebook A6010
2. I have usb drive and blank disks.
3. How do i install them.

Sorry to ask so many questions Thanks in advanced.
