Exclamation Important word of caution

Never buy anything from Alienware I wasted three thousand dollars on a laptop that only lasted three ****ing years now the stupid screen won't even ****ing turn on nothing I'd did helped because it was the ****ty ****ing laptop itself its ****ing broken down already and I h aren't even done any hardcore gaming on it they are ****ing crooks they are the stupidest ****tiest waste of money technicians and rob you of all y money never buy anything from them they are cons a and crooks and I am going to sue them!,,,,,,

Send it back and have Dell service it.

You keep making this threads.... We understand you are having issues, and we all have given advise etc... I have 2 friends who have Alienware laptops and never had a single issue...
