I spilled water on my laptop!!!

Hi, please help me! I spilled water on my laptop. It was a week ago! After that I put out battery and try to dry it! After that I turned it on, it works but slower than usually and louder.Can I replace this inconveniences or no?

Tear it down completely and check to see if there's any corrosion on the board/components. Possible that the HDD is dying if water were to enter it as well - all depends on how much water was spilled and where it went honestly... You'd have to tear it down and check what/if anything was damaged.

If you've never disassembled a laptop before, or don't have any experience with disassembling pc's at all, I'd recommend getting a professional to disassemble it for you. Pulling apart a laptop is hard enough if you don't know what you're doing, and if you stuff it up you can damage components even more!
