hp zv6000 processor

I have a hp zv 6000 with stock everything. I was wanting to upgrade my ram and processor. I have found the ram and I think that I have found a processor but I would like to know if it will be the right one. I saw in another forum that someone had said it was the same as what goes in the desktop socket 939. Is this true? The auction is up in a little over 11 hours so any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Isn't the ZV6000 a laptop? In which case upgrading the CPU is NOT a good idea unless the laptop was designed for easy swapping of the CPU.

Otherwise, upgrading the RAM is a good idea.
