I was searching about this topic on the internet..... and i found many links...
https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c01420364
where the first method is to connect the express card into the laptop slot and to the set top box to the tv monitor and back.
But thats just perhaps creating interface of what you want to see on both the screens...
But if only on the laptops? if one wants to watch tv channels in media center in windows 7 operating system? then which method?
I also found another smart box smaller mini pc ITX board but for viewing cable tv on tv screen but on a windows 10 media center edition....!!!?

While the desktop versions have this PCI cards....
Sony TV Tuner | eBay
which i just came to know...i mean in 2012 i was searching for the same but it was not there...then suddenly its there,...so this is kinda surprising that technology is re-developing or just placed on the shelves of 2002 later years to come...

all you have to do is go on an online TV service that allows you to watch free channels. Just make sure you have a TV license (at least that is how it works in the uk)

One day we would have big 65inch windows 15 OS integrated windows media center enabled tv....with harddrive inside...in 2026

Firstly, Windows 10 is the 'last' version of windows so we will not be getting Windows 15. Secondly, consumer hard drives will most likely be massively outdated in 2026. Thirdly, Windows Media Center is discontinued so why would a TV in the future be running unsupported old software?

you mean now people are using windows 15 somewhere in a time shelved envelope unaware we in asia ....or in the future it would come...then the announcement would be there that modern technology has arrived, disregard your one year old newest junk and buy newer ....
