My dad and I have been trying to get his USB2 function enabled on his Arima W812-Di.
He's found that in system information it's available but not enabled
This also backs up the claim that USB2 is available on this laptop Intel® 82801GHM I/O Controller.
Anyway, the Arima site has his laptop here and we discovered a list of updates for drivers and the BIOS here.
However I can't figure out which code the W812-Di relates to on that list. No idea if it has an Otheron, Pentium, Pentium D, Xeon or XeonEM64T motherboard, so which BIOS update we're supposed to pick is a mystery.
We tried CPUZ but that just had "OEM to be filled by manufacturer" in the MB space.
Any ideas welcome, thanks.
