good laptop for college as well as gaming?

Hi,
I will be heading to college in 2 weeks and want a good laptop that I can use for school as well as gaming as an aside. I really want something in the price range of $600-$700 but will be willing to go over if necessary. I'm not an intense pc gamer but would like a laptop that can at least run Guild Wars 2 and Rome 2 Total War smoothly (when they come out). I would also like a 14-15" monitor and nothing too small like a netbook. I have heard great stuff about the ASUS brand, and am currently looking at some of their laptops. Anyone have any laptop recommendations for me?

Just wondering, if you are starting college next year, as next fall I take it, why not wait until then? New technology will be out and the prices will be more flexible.

That ASUS has integrated video. Meaning that it will steal memory from your RAM. It is not kind to most games.
