I am tryin to run a few older games like gta san andreas, which runs like crap on my system, yet I can play much newer, more demanding games in high detail just fine.. Why is that? I have a dual core, 3 gigs, and the video is intel gma x4500mhd.. Some games I play, the minimum card required is a geforce 8600 gt desktop, yet I can run it fine, yet gta:sa recommends a geforce 4 series and runs like total garbage. what gives? I am using win7 64bit and directx 11.. 2nd question, if I downgrade back to win xp, will it mess my system up as far as my dvd burner and video drivers? If I can downgrade with xp, will I get better performance/compatibility? Thanks in advance.
