My dream computer is the Inspiron 17R.

Wow for that price I can see why you would want it. That is a really good deal in my opinion for what all the specs are for that laptop.

You get what you pay for. If you can save a little more money I would highly recommend getting something with a non-intel video chipset. It took me 3 laptops to finally figure out that they keep from getting obsolete and just last much longer if you don't buy them with crappy GPUs.

damn.. close to 8lbs too... If you're gonna wanna move places with it you better start hitting the gym... Other than that, for the price, throw an SSD in it and you're still under $850 and you've got a nice little laptop going!

Lol my desktop is somewhere in the range of 40lbs. Its an absolute beast.
