well they cant get anything straight i've had issues with their tech support. when the buds are over we call their tech support to just have fun cuz they have no idea what their talking about most of the time. i've had 3 dells in my life time and they've all died and i was overcharged for repairs (this was before i knew much about maintenance)
its just another thing that i dont like about them they should release models of all size and not just skip the 15' or skip anything else like they would probably do when designing them or w.e.
i know it may seem like i hate them for no apparent reason but its just the way i feel.
im not trying to sound biased but they've just given me the crap end of the stick every time i've bought from them so i really dont trust them. now can you blame me for that? no...but we can blame dell..... ahahhah jm
