Ok, im working on a Dell B130, and theres a problem with the display, Ive never seen this happen with a laptop. The external video is fine when hooked up to a monitor. At first I thought it may be the cable, because if Id mess with the cable as far *** dissconnect and reconnect, the screen would display the desktop, but would just freeze, couldnt move the mouse or hit any keys, and the screen would begin to fade and the picture would slowly dissapear. So, i figured it wasnt the inverter and backlight, since the screen did light up and appear, but just froze. Now i can rule out the cable since i ot a new one, ...would it be the LCD, or would it be the video card on the board? It wont show every time i disconnect and reconnect, just sometimes. Im confused, what would make the display act that way?
