hi, i am wondering if there are any laptop cooling pads that breathe air from the side or back verses a straight thru set up. the reasoning is my laptop gets used frequently sitting on a blanket, and i do not want to be picking up and forcing into the computer tiny pieces of lint from the blanket. also, is there any real benefit between 5 small fans verses 2 larger fans. there are 3 coling slots on the bottom of my laptop, and unless (doubtful) 3 of the 5 fans lined up exactly with the slots, it does not seem to me like there would be much difference. i am thinking of running a self adhesive piece of weather strip around the perimeter to seal the air coming up, so it has to go thru the laptop rather than just blowing up and out the sides.
