Default Connecting laptop to older tv

I was just wondering if there was a way to connect a laptop to an older tv. The tube style ones where all they have is the red, white, and yellow cables. The laptop only has a vga connection on it so that would go to the yellow connection and then the speaker jack would go to the white and red ones. Ive looked around but can't find anything and some even say it is impossible. Just thought I would ask thanks in advance.

There isn't a S-Video port?

You could simply get this: Amazon.com: Premium VGA to 3 RCA Component Cable M/M, 25 FT / 7.62 M, Black: Electronics

I think there are some adapters on the market. this means that the cable will fit pc's tv-out from one side and rca (yellow, red, white jacks) to the other side so you can connect it to the tv. Go to a shop and ask!
