Alright, I looked through your error log and found this:

Think with me for a minute here, if it's not a power issue, and it's not the graphic drivers, what would normally make a computer crash upon accessing a file related to a program ?
Check with adobe cs5, and open up something else in it, if it crashes upon trying to open, that program maybe at fault here.
Also, if you have any codecs supported to open up any images for adobe photo shop, give that a look as well and see if there are any new updates that are stable.
If your laptop came bundled with the adobe photoshop vendorwise, it could very well be your problem child and you might need to report it to the manufacturer.
