compaq Presario SQ60 laptop screen not working

This morning i downloaded a internet filter and it said I had to reboot to start it up but when i turned it back on the screen was blank but the laptop was working fine. So i plugged the laptop into my TV and it works fine. How do I get my Compaq Presario SQ60 screen to come back on?

Could be a loose wire inside. I'm unsure how to open that.

Now the screen has a bunch of colored lines on it so i am thinking like you said that it is a loose wire inside. But i dont want to further damage anything because i would have no idea what i would be doing.

I always look on Google how to take apart laptops, but i can not find one for your specific model.
